Thin-Coat Render Options
Wetherby Stone Render
Wetherby Stone Render is a cost-effective alternative to achieving the appearance of stone. This is an ideal solution for when planning requires an existing stone type to be matched or replicated.
Offering a variety of finish options, our Stone Render makes it possible to replicate a stone block façade by scoring the desired pattern into the basecoat, before spraying the render over the recessed joints.
Other options include using a dark stone tape or painted joint provides a clean jointed look, clearly breaking up the panels, which is a popular choice for New Build.
Wetherby Silicone & Acrylic Render
Available in more than 380 different colour shades, and a variety of textures, offering a wealth of choice to housing developers.
The low maintenance Wetherby Silicone & Acrylic Render is flexible in nature, which makes it ideal for projects onto framed construction types where movement is likely.
The flexible anti-crack formulation and UV resistant pigments allow for areas to be seamlessly rendered with perfect colour consistency.

We have two main types of high density, interlocking insulation boards, specifically designed for our Wetherby Thin Coat Render Systems for Modular Builds.
Wetherby Standard EPS
Our Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) is manufactured from a polymer that incorporates a foaming agent which, when exposed to steam, creates a uniform closed cell structure highly resistant to heat flow and moisture penetration. A cost effective insulant, EPS is a popular choice for a project with strict budgets.
Wetherby Enhanced EPS
Wetherby Enhanced EPS insulation board comprises expanded expanded beads of polystyrene that incorporate a graphite component, which are then fused together in a pressurised steam-heated mould. The inclusion of graphite ensures the product offers enhanced thermal performance and, when using a thickness of just 90mm, Enhanced EPS can meet the required u-values to meet building regulations with minimal disruption to the external envelope.
