Insulation with a Wetherby Dry Dash Finish, will be installed by Hamilton (Building Contractors) Ltd to Wimpey No-Fines properties on behalf of Chesterfield Borough Council. The thermal properties of the Phenolic insulation will offer a reduction in the U-value of the homes from 1.98 W/m²K to 0.28 W/m²K. The residents will reap the benefits of warmer homes with lower heating bills and also be given the peace of mind that the insulation system will be guaranteed for 25 years.
