Merrydale School

These dreary run down old buildings, which house the schools dining facilities, were given a new lease of life when a Wetherby Insulated Render System where a phenominal 100mm thickness of Kingspan K5 EWB Phenolic Insulation was used.

Such a significant thickness of phenolic insulation will ensure that these previously thermally inefficient buildings are kept warmer in winter, cooler in summer and more importantly, an increased comfort factor of their occupants.

A Wetherby 1.5mm Silicone Render system was then applied to the exterior giving it a whole new lease of life and the pupils at Merrydale School in Leicestershire are delighted with the finished article.
