A group of INCA Contractor Members recently met with BT Openreach to discuss the changes to its operating procedure for the installation of External Wall Insulation.
The new Openreach EWI process has now been published and all EWI Installers are encouraged to engage with Openreach and follow the new process for all EWI installations on all domestic properties.
INCA will continue to work with Openreach on the relationship between EWI installation and upgrades to the Openreach network, particularly with regard to timescales and cost.
