Wetherby Building Systems Ltd is delighted to have been involved with Brenig Construction for the Cartrefi Conwy’s Maes Glanarfon estate in Llanfairfechan which has seen recent success at the LABC Building Excellence Awards 2017. The evening saw Brenig Construction awarded with Best Social Housing Development for this project which featured Wetherby’s unique Epsicoat Mineral Render PLUS.
Brenig Construction along with Beech Developments worked together on this project with a firm focus on producing environmentally friendly and thermally efficient properties for the local community. The development which contains 17 one and two bed apartments and 11 two and three bed houses will provide some much-needed affordable homes for the North Wales area. The project was also commended for not only reaching completion 3 months ahead of schedule but for supporting an estimated 300 local jobs through the usage of local companies and materials.
