Today Wetherby are signing off a single property in St Martins, Oswestry that has been stripped of its original EWI dating back over 10 years for Shropshire Town and Rural Housing Association and re-installed with our EpsiCoat silicone render system by Specialist UK.
The original EWI system consisted of EPS which had gone brittle due to poor installation. The eaves and verges were never sealed properly culminating in the exterior render cracking and failing due to water ingress… Great job all round.
