It was announced late last week that BASF has sold its German subsidiary for wall systems to ROCKWOOL. This acquisition includes the Heck® brand, which comprises an external wall insulation render product that Wetherby Building Systems Ltd supplies as WBS Silicone.
Wetherby is currently the sole distributor of Heck® systems in the UK and this deal does not affect the agreement. Supply of products under the Heck® brand will continue as normal and customers will retain the high levels of service they have come to expect from Wetherby Building Systems.
