As a reinforcement of our commitment to quality, many WBS systems are guaranteed to perform to pre-determined standards and are supplied with a standard 10 year materials warranty.

This means that the client is afforded the peace of mind that at any time during the period of 10 years from the certificate date, WBS will provide where necessary, the supply of materials or costs for replacement of the system / products as a sole and direct result of inherent defect in the basic system.

This warranty is only valid subject to:

• Prior written agreement before commencement of works.
• The works having been completed to the satisfaction of WBS Ltd, by a qualified WBS approved contractor.
• All aspects of the specification and application procedures having been followed.

INCA is the Insulated Render & Cladding Association, representing system designers, specialist installers and key component suppliers to the external wall insulation industry.

For clients who require additional or extended warranty protection, longer periods of insurance backed latent defects insurance can be arranged via INCA, with cost, time periods, terms and conditions determined at the design stage.
