DECORATIVE PROFILES & CORBELS
To help further enhance the aesthetical look and feel of
a building, WBS can also source a range of lightweight,
fire resistant decorative profiles and corbels.
These products are manufactured in a three dimensional sandwich
process with the main components being Expanded Polystyrene
(EPS), high quality acrylate, electrostatic polyamide flocking
spray and finished with quartz sand.
The installed structure can then be finished with a matching
render, or may alternatively be painted with a good quality
masonry paint.

Tension free bond to uneven facades
by following the plane and form of the existing facade. |

Easy adhesive fixing (mechanical
fixing is not necessary because of the low volume weight). |

The fine quartz sand increases the
abrasion resistance and gives the profile an even and
natural appearance. |
|
The profiles can be cut smoothly
and without breakage using a simple fine-toothed handsaw. |
|
The material is suitable for use
with all normal facade masonry paints. |
