After months of hard work and dedication, WBS are proud to announce that they have recently been accredited with the ISO9001:2008 certification that governs the company's Quality Management System.

Marketing Director, Anne-Marie Armstrong said "This has been something we have been working very hard towards for some time now and I'm delighted that we've finally achieved our goal.

There were a number of accreditation companies out there who were willing to cut corners and certify us in a breath, but as we felt so strongly about improving our business processes, we chose who we thought were going to be the toughest assessors - the ones who would analyse every element of our business so that no stone was left unturned.

This meant that we could fully concentrate on all the areas within our business systems and practices that could be improved upon, and we were able to develop a monitored improvement system, which will inevitably have a positive effect on our service and customer satisfaction levels".

Following on from their success with ISO9001, WBS are looking to expand upon their commitment to ultimate customer satisfaction and are working towards being accredited to ISO14001 in the early part of 2009.
