QUALITY MANAGEMENT POLICY

As one of the UK’s top Insulated Render System Manufacturer and Materials Distributor, Wetherby Building Systems Ltd is committed to the delivery of a quality assured service to all of our clients and stakeholders.

In line with this commitment WBS are currently undergoing accreditation to ISO9001:2008 and as such have recently implemented a Quality Management System to help us to maintain the high quality standards that our customers have come to expect from us.

In this endeavour, we will:

Strive to comply with all legislative and customer      requirements

Pursue high standards for Quality as an integral part of      our business

Maintain, review and report on quality performance      indicators including:        - Achievement of annual key objectives        - Training achievement        - Results of quality audits

At our annual Management Review meeting our      performance in conforming to specified targets will be      measured.

A continual improvement policy will be evaluated and      implemented in all aspects of the business, for example,      achieving timely deliveries.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

Later this year, WBS are looking to become more proactive in the demonstration of our commitment to sustainability and maintenance of the natural Environment.

Excess carbon emissions, wasted energy and ozone depletion are all having a devastating effect on the earth and as a company we feel that it is our duty to fully commit to the introduction and maintenance of positive Environmental practices within our workplace and will not only ensure that all of our employees are fully trained in these practices, but will also attempt to relay the importance of such practices to our customers, suppliers and business associates.

We are still in the very early stages of adopting our Environmental Policy, which has been specifically designed to help us comply with our statutory duties under UK and EU Environmental Legislation, however when complete, this course of action will help us to develop and maintain the company's:

Over the next few months, in this section, we will be keeping you up to date with our progress and hope that by early 2009, our company is fully compliant to ISO 14001 and taking full responsibility for our environment, our health and our future.

'Think Before You Print' campaign, that attempts to discourage the unneccessary printing of our web page material.
